  I absolutely love love love this studio! it's beautiful and bright , and the classes give me just what I need . there wasn't art on display yet when I went and I can only imagine how artful and serene it will be once there is . I would go all the time if I live closer . Great concept !

  My friend and I were looking for something fun and different to do in the city when we came across Studio Volver. It was such a nice experience! Sarah Rose was a great teacher. She left me profoundly inspired. It seems like she has some interesting art shows lining up too.

  What gem for the community! Studio Volver is my zen destination whenever I need some “me time” to decompress.

  I thought I wouldn’t be flexible enough to do yoga, but Sarah Rose put me right at ease. Each time I go, I feel like I get a good workout and I feel so good for the rest of my day. I have a membership at a gym, but I find myself needing to go to Studio Volver to balance my strength training program.

  I enjoyed an evening slow flow yoga session in a candlelit space. It was so zen, with soothing music and the studio has a good energy. My body was guided into yoga exercises and stretches, some that were new to me. At times, I benefited from re-positioning which was offered without making me feel self conscious. I am looking forward to returning with friends, trying day sessions also.
