  Most effective hour of HIIT class in Montreal. I tried Barry's Bootcamp and studio Épix is way better ! Max class size is 20 and the trainers are attentive and creative with the workouts. The décor is chic industrial, the showers are equipped with everything you would need and the space is always clean.

  I absolutely love this gym so much. The only reason I refuse to give it full stars is because I am stuck paying per class as they don't offer a monthly subscription. Even at their cheapest of $15/class, that's $75+tax/week, minimum $300+tax per month to train here regularly... Not the most accessible. I heard that they do this so that people don't book up all the classes and never show up but they could just do like other gyms and charge a penalty for missing a class/cancelling within a few hours of the class. This would be the only place I train at, otherwise.

  Always doubt when google reviews are close to 5 stars! I'm pretty sure the owner asks people to rate this place. The owner of this place is hysterical, he thinks he has the best gym in Montreal. He's the kind of person that blames everything on others, a narcissistic personnality. He openly complains when there's too much dust on the counter...The place is pathetic, it looks like a gallery and nothing like a gym. There's a golden vintage bike for decoration and edgy paintings in an industrial decor... The changing room is the size of a closet, there's no water fountain to drink water from, you have to hurry up after class cause the owner complains that he has to go home( he lives on top!). The place is superficial, it reflects the owner's personnality. Don't waste your time and money there. Go to a compfortable place that actually looks and feels like a gym and where you will be treated with respect.

  Super gym. Très propre et beau. Personnel accueillant. Entraîneurs dynamiques. Entrainements complets: musculaires et cardio dans une ambiance amicale et décontractée.

  J'adore Epix. Cours intense et équipe vraiment enthousiaste. La musique lors des cours!! Effectivement, je suis devenu une de ces personnes qui parlent de ces cours de bootcamp/crossfit depuis Epix.
