::I asked if there was any room available for an appointment and the girl answering the phone was extremely rude, said no, and didn't offer any alternative times I could come in. I would have been a first time customer who both lives and works in the area. If I had liked the place I would have probably come regularly. That being said, after being treated in such a distasteful way, I will never step foot in this salon.
