::Swatches are non-existent and the staff is massively under motivated to make a sale. There are a number of great deals to be had at this store if you don't mind sifting through the junk first.

::The store is reasonably nice and the staff seem friendly when you go there to buy things, but that's where it ends. We ordered two items back 3 months ago and asked for them to be shipped together so we could pay for shipping once. One of the items has been out of stock for 3 months even though we were told it would be available shortly after we ordered. Their target delivery date has slipped twice so far (by a full month each time). When we called to see if they could at least ship what's available and not charge for additional shipping for the item getting delayed, they told us nicely to read the fine print that dates are tentative. We just got canned responses of, "We understand. What else can we help you with?" when they didn't really help us with our first problem. We asked if we could file a customer grievance and they said that sort of thing doesn't exist. The issue is we could have shopped elsewhere and bought these back in December during Boxing Week sales. Now, I have to shop again in Spring market because Structube can't keep their dates and Structube will not make the slightest customer service gesture. We just moved to a new house and have a bunch of things to buy in the near future. Not counting on Structube for any of those. I have never had any funiture store be so indifferent to customer needs - from bulk warehouse stores to the upscale custom design ones.

::Located walking distance from Ikea, Chapters and many more stores. This is one of the smaller locations in Ottawa. Iâve been to this location twice and I find the layout of the store strange, it is very narrow! Both times I was not approached by a staff member but that didnât bother me because I could navigate myself. The designs are modern and prices are higher then other stores but youâre paying for better quality like âCanadian woodâ etc definitely shop around before committing to anything here.

::Excellent prices and nice stuff. We need to furnish our entire place as we just moved from BC. This location is a bit small. We had to take our baby out of our stroller and carry her because it was so jam packed. I only say this because no one who is in a wheelchair would be able to come in :( The staff here donât say hi or offer to help. Iâve been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks and weâve never been greeted or been asked if we need help.

::Structube Iris/Pinecrest deserves every poor review that has been written. I have been in this location numerous times since they opened and today was the first time I have been greeted by an employee which was only because I came up to the desk. I've been in there for up to 20 min and left without anyone saying anything to me. This is not unusual for this store. I had actually come in to apply for a job as I saw the incredible opportunity to help customers that were clearly being ignored. Apathy is apparently a problem from the top down. I was in this morning and was told that the Manager was to busy to see me because of the weekly shipment. Today the forecast is a flash freeze and freezing rain, foot traffic is going to be low, there was time to take 3 minutes and speak to me when I bothered to come out in this. But this was the Assistant Manager I was speaking to and she said she could take my resume. I indicated that I would rather speak to the Manager about my skills and resume. Being the Assistant Manager she could have been thoughtful and mentioned at this point that they are not actually hiring at this location (seeing as I had already come in during this weather), but instead she kept this to herself and told me he would be available 3 hrs later. So I came back in... during the rain and hail... to be told that regardless of the "We're hiring" sign outside was to encourage resumes for future employment and they don't actually have any positions... So thank you for continuing to be a thoughtless and inconsiderate staff who wastes people's time. You've reminded me that I can do better than to work here, and customers have better choices than to shop here. I didn't bother to leave my resume for future employment.
