  Friendly staff. They were able to fit in a last minute alteration while we grabbed some food. Half an hour later, we were heading to the dance. Many thanks for the quick, professional service.

  I am absolutely unimpressed. This has more to do with their customer service. I only called to inquire an estimated cost to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. She informed me it would be $25 and up. She asked what kind of dress and I told her it was a bridesmaid dress. She kept on repeating "bride dress" and I corrected her that it was a bridesmaid dress that only had two layers. I could hear her asking another co-worker about the price and she continued to say "that's what I told her" and hung up. Absolutely unimpressed with the phone call and will not be using their services. UPDATE: I decided to go in and use their services giving them the benefit of a doubt... And it was definitely not a pleasant experience. To hem a dress was absolutely too expensive and they do not really communicate with you. I asked for a suggestion and I got nothing from her. In the end I took my dress elsewhere. Not impressed. Definitely need work on customer relations.

  A nice small store. The single employee working there at the time kept asking personal questions about my disability to the point I just walked out without a word.
