  Very outdated website. I would think they'd be open by 9:30 but I'm here waiting on them with no idea what they'll open. The hours are not posted on their door nor their website, calling another location and asking is not even an option because the other numbers are saying out of service and the other one was like I don't know anything about that location. Like ????

  Awful customer service. The boots I bought gave me severe leg pain because of their poor design and they began to tear in less than a day. Went back to the store to tell them (not looking for a refund but just to let them know). Instead of listening to me, they were quite rude, and told me to go outside and throw them in the garbage if I didn't want them.
