  I had been referred to try clinical Pilates by a respiratory rehabilitation clinic. I have a very rare lung condition and researched providers before I decided on seeing Stephanie. Wow, did I ever luck out! Not only did she take the time to research my condition but she customizes every single session to cater to my specific needs and abilities. She has helped me improve my breathing and I am now able to test my boundaries beyond Pilates. I would have never had the confidence to try these things without Stephanie's guidance and expertise. I am able to relate the exercises I do during my sessions to my everyday life. Stephanie gives homework but it's not the typical generic, off of a chart type homework, it's specific to you. I never feel like she is thinking about another client or not up to date with my information when I see her. She has also helped me with physiotherapy when I've hurt myself, aside from the clinical Pilates. She dedicates herself to our time together. She is so great that I have referred a friend and family member to see her as well. If you're looking for a physiotherapist, you will not be disappointed in choosing Stephanie.
