  I can't comment on prices because most of the time I've gone here someone else was paying. But generally I think this place is pretty nice, cozy. Staff seems friendly, food is good, and most importantly - unlike most downtown establishments - they don't blast music, so you can actually have a decent conversation without yelling.

  Went here for drinks after work and was very disappointed. Very loud location and the food is not good. I had a brownie in a jar to find out what it was and it is exactly as described but the brownie is stale and small and the ice cream they put on top was freezer burned. Getting the attention of the server was not possible as she disappeared for half an hour after delivering the brownie to the table. I recommend going almost anywhere else.

  Had the Empire State, and it was amazing. Service was great as well. Been here a few times and it never disappoints!

  Great food and good service. The prices are average for a restaurant. However, at times they have food and drink deals that are pretty good. The price reduction in the deal wont blow you away, but the value for what you're getting will.

  I love State and Main (even though it's a chain). It's got an incredible happy hour ($3 well cocktails, $4 beers), and it runs from 3 - 6 and 9 - close during the week. The food is great, and the service is decent. I don't have much to complain about with this place!
