  Cappuccino was great. Lots of seating. Also forgot my purse - called, no big deal, was turned in. Big thanks to staff and whomever decided to not take it with them.

  Unfortunately, not the cleanest Starbucks that I've been too, both times that I've been, there were issues. They must have been short staffed, it was busy, but nothing was replenished and the garbages were overly full, not to mention the 'F.F.' flying around in the display.

  This Starbucks is like most except it is one of the busiest stores in Canada. Great service.

  As someone who has lived in the city my whole life, I can without any hesitation guarantee this is the best Starbucks in Ottawa. Customer service is usually great, and busy lineups are managed efficiently. All Baristas that make drinks are knowledgable and move with swift accuracy. The lack of concern for labor costs during peak hours is respectable and appreciated. Aaron who works regularly, has continued to display a sense of customer service knowledge that I find rare and in need of sincere recognition.

  Good coffee shop. Very nice atmosphere. It is located in a very convenient place where you can simply pass by and grab your coffee, and even better if you previously order from your mobile phone, since you can literally just go in and your coffee would be ready.
