  Standard Starbucks. Fair coffee and efficient service but a bit pricier than the competition.

  This location is always busy, like line nearly out of the store busy but the staff are excellent and the drinks are always perfect whenever I go in. But expect that you will be in line for about 3-5 minutes to order your drink and wait another 3-5 minutes to get it if it is a weekday and the government buildings are open.

  I absolutely adore this place. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I always feel at home here. One of the best Starbucks around.

  The menu here is pretty standard to all Starbucks. Not a bad place to stop by for a refreshment while shopping or touring downtown Ottawa. There are alternatives located nearby if you are looking for lower prices (e.g. McDs or Tims or diners and restaurants), but I know there are some people who prefer this brand.

  Good service, consistent. Can be very busy in the morning for a Starbucks, so plan ahead and use mobile ordering. The rare times that I have had issues, they gave me refunds and a free drink even when I didn't ask for it. Despite how busy it can be, it's my go to Starbucks because of how great the service is consistently.
