  I had two horrible experiences with a particular employee. She cut me me off very rudely more than once and when I tried to tell her that I had more to say, she cut me off again then of course she got it wrong so I had to tell her what I was trying to say beforeband that just really bothered her. This morning when I went in she was extremely difficult and condescending so I had to cancel my order and wall away. This is not acceptable and a manager should speak to her.

  Rude Rude Rude. I ordered a tall Chai tea with almond milk and a muffin, but the barista didn't ask me a name for the order. I went to wait for my things at the end of the counter. The barista who always has long blonde hair in a ponytail called out a chai tea latte like 3 times. So, I told her I think the girl who took my order messed up. I told her what I asked for, and she proceeded to tell me that this is how a chai tea is made, and it must be my first time at Starbucks, and that I must go to Tim Hortons a lot because when someone orders 'Chai tea with almond milk' it means it's a latte. Anyways, she proceeded to get really annoyed by me when I told her if I wanted a latte I would have specifically asked for one. I asked for a simple Tall chai tea with almond milk and a muffin- which, I did not get. But what I did get in return is 5 minutes of being told I'm wrong and I should learn proper Starbucks terminology LOL GIRL BYE

  I’m giving 5 stars, the service is always amazing, fast and efficient. Also making a comment about one staff member there, her other co-worker quit on the spot and left her and she held it together so well. She was great at multitasking by taking orders as well as making everyone’s drinks at a busy time and continuing to give service with a smile. You have a great employee.
