  The day I went it was very busy as in there wasn't much places to sit. However there was no line so I was served fast and received my drink fast. The people working there are very friendly and efficient.

  Good customer service. They take down your orders pretty accurately unlike some other locations. Fresh breakfast sandwiches as well as vegetarian options available.

  Very helpful staff (new Blonde Espresso navigation was awesome). Chill atmosphere - Earl's next door gets busy around dinner time so parking can be challenging. My 'go-to' in the North End

  Good service and friend staff. However, we ended up with $50 parking ticket because apparently it's a maximum 1 hour parking. Not going there again.

  I've worked in this area over a 4 year period and this Starbucks location is consistently poor service and incredibly long wait times. They often only have one person on bar who is usually doing dishes while 4 drink orders wait. Not sure why management hasn't improved this trend in the years I've worked in this neighbourhood. I only stop here when I have literally no where important to be or am absolutely in dire need of a caffeine fix. I usually drive to a further location simply because the service is better.
