  I just ordered a cinnamon latte. Really not good. How can you screw up something that simple. 6$ down the drain. Not even worth drinking !!!

  This Starbucks' spot is in an excellent location right next to City Hall. And, of course, like all Starbucks, it is welcoming and friendly, with excellent service!

  Small, cramped Starbucks. Drinks were consistent with other locations and staff was friendly. Note that the entrance from Laurier is NOT accessible (unless you get someone to open the doors for you), but you can also enter from the Lord Elgin hotel lobby, which *is* accessible. Large patio for enjoying coffee al fresco in the spring and summer.

  very friendly staff—unfortunately if you are a party of 3-4 you may have to ask people to move around a little bit in order to find a place to sit; all of the tables here are for two people.

  If you are a student that is looking for a place to continue working while drinking a coffee, it is NOT the place for you. The don't have internet, and the one they borrow from the Lord Elgin Hotel is terribly awful (slowly and not continuous). I put 2 stars because, even though the coffee is normal, for me it is important to live the whole Starbucks experience (I had to go with my coffee on hand to the 124 O'Connor St location to get a decent connexion).
