  Love these people...definitely a small town north end friendly feel. They go above and beyond to help us out...and they always have treats 😉

  Have been going here for over ten years. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help you. Only downside is sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

  Terrible customer service. Walked in to pay for drivers license one time. Waited for 10+ minutes without any help at all. I guess everybody was so busy that no one could be bothered to say "we'll be with you in a moment" or "have you been looked after?" There weren't even any other customers in the place. Will not step foot in there again.

  I always try to use local business when I can, however I will NEVER EVER use this business again. I asked to cancel a policy, which they didn't end up doing and it ended up costing me literally hundreds $. When I called to check what had happened they couldn't tell me anything about automatic payments coming out of my account and were rude about it. I went to another broker on St. Mary's and not only could they tell me what all payments were, but they were able to correct the error Standard made. As another review said totally incompetent & rude. Unless you want to take a chance with your money by all means go here. There are many other brokers take your valuable business elsewhere.

  I got my house insurance from Jerwin Medina and I am very happy with the plan he got for me.
