  Nice spot and good service. Wings were very expensive. We went on the Tuesday night half price wings. Original buffalo far from original buffalo wings.... The menu says sauciest wings.... But not much sauce on them. Anyways I was very disappointed from the wings. Cannot talk for other things in the menu. Poor choices of beer. I won't be going again

  This place is okay, but it is nice to have such a large terrace on Elgin. The food and service are both okay, drinks are good and fair prices. The calamari is surprisingly good for a chain restaurant, I definitely recommend it if you are a fan! There isn't much of a wait when you visit here.

  This place has been going downhill for the last couple of months now. I’m pretty sure they’ve hired a new manager, as the one I’ve seen lately is not the one I’m used to seeing at my previous visits to the restaurant. The food is fine though it is expensive for a bar & grill, and it’s hit and miss with the service. Yesterday upon entering, the manager in question looked at us multiple times waiting at the door but was preoccupied tidying up an already set-up reserved table. We waited for about 5 minutes until he finally came up, didn’t speak to us but sat us in the most awkward table in the middle of the dining area next to the bar. We were constantly being touched and bumped into by other customers/staff. When the table next to us complained about this issue happening to them, the manager told them there were no other tables. There were at least 3 other open tables, so when this was pointed out he said, yeah I guess you can take that one, pointing to a corner table nearby. My partner did not receive his correct order, and we were unable to ask for ketchup (which we ended up grabbing from another EMPTY table), or order more drinks. I am very disappointed in the service we received last night.

  Food was pretty good but definitely on the more expensive side. The customer service was good. The restaurant/bar felt a little outdated and dingy where I felt it was unclean.

  It's such an odd area for this restaurant to be in, I'm almost surprised it doesn't go out of business with so many infinitely better options surrounding it. That being said, maybe the good area helps it because the area draws in more people than it would on its own? Either way, this location is better than their Baseline location, as the staff here were more friendly. That being said, they have the same generic, though occasionally good (depending on what you order) food. They also had decent drinks and the patio makes it a bit more interesting than the other location as well.
