  If you are thinking about hiring these guys, take a quick look on CanLii at how many times they have been sued and why. Nice people, but should not be in this business.

  They tried to sell our strata hundreds of thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. They have done the same to other buildings, costing each owner dearly in special assessments. The workers doing the job admit it's a "make work" project and not really necessary. Of course, the more a project costs, the more commission Spratt Emanuel earns.
