  It was a really terrible experience. I haven't written any comments here but this experience makes me do it ! I was looking for some clothes but nobody helped me. I was the one who asked help every moment. Items are not arranged well, so I needed to find out by myself. I tried to use fitting room and she, one of the workers, said that it's already full, you need to go upstairs. During I went upstairs, I saw it was empty and she allowed an other customer to go in there. I felt bad but I didn't mention about it. I think she chooses who she will gonna serve. I don't wanna go there again.

  The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Elizabeth was very patient with us every time we were there!

  Good location. Some good deals. But mostly really high prices. Good quality so that's to be expected but trying to find sales can be challenging. Staff were friendly looking but no one approached me to offer help in the last 3 visits. I do buy here occasionally because I find a sale or because no one else carries the item.

  5 stars from me, also those saying it's hard to find parking - what do you expect. It's a DOWNTOWN location. Obviously there will be limited parking you dimwits.

  I like this outlet, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike the encounter I had at Sunridge Mall. Keep up the great work!!
