  There appairel is very nice and name branded,there shoe selection has sales every once and a while also there sevice is nice and polite.

  Ordered shoes online. Receive the completely wrong shoes with the invoice for a completely different customer from another province! Big mistakes. I get it, it happens. HOWEVER, I’m told to send back out the shoes that was delivered to me and that if I want the shoes that I had originally ordered I have to reorder them. The catch is, it’s been two weeks and I’ve yet to be refunded for the money I payed for the shoes I NEVER receive. I’m not about to give them more money for the same item when they refuse to refund me at this moment. Only offer was a 15% discount for my next order. So basically to cover the tax.... Meaning they will not take any hit to they’re profits for THEIR error while I’m going out of my way to send back shoes I never ordered and with no refund after 2 weeks. Oh, and no shoes! This is absolutely terrible service. I’ve been in the service industry for years and I would never allow this to be overlooked on my watch. I was a regular online/in store shopper at sport check for years but seeing as how my loyalty as a customer goes unappreciated I will now look elsewhere for active/casual wear. Bye✌🏼

  Staff are friendly, however, the Southend location has more of a variety.

  Don't buy a bike here if you plan to take advantage of the "free service for a year". I dropped my bike off on a Monday and they were unable to look at it the entire week. I eventually picked it up on the friday (No work done to it) and then was forced to wait in line at the cash in order for them to take the security tag off the bike. Unacceptable for a tune up job that would take no longer than 30min.

  Very friendly staff who are willing to help, and answer any questions. Prices are usually good, and products are in stock most of the time. The service shop here is better than most other sportchecks. They do good work, for lower prices.
