  I come from a fly-in Northern community and had been suffering from a major toothache and absess for 3 weeks when I arrived in Thunder Bay for meetings. I called Sovereign from my hotel, which was near their office and prepared to plead my case and beg for them to see me sometime over the next 3 days before I headed back up to my community. I did not have to do either. As soon as they heard my predicament, they made a spot for me at the end of the day so I would not have to suffer one more minute longer than necessary. I arrived to be greeted by the most welcoming people imaginable. I am one of the lucky ones who has no fear of the dentist but if I was one of those people, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. They are so nice, polite, accomodating and the office is so welcoming and the equipment so modern and non-threatening that you literally have nothing to worry about. In 1/2 an hour Dr. Clarke had taken x-rays, showed me my problem, thoroughly explained what needed to happen, and proceeded to remove the infected tooth and for the first time in 3 weeks, I felt great, even AFTER the freezing wore off. We finished right at their closing time, but the staff was so nice that they remained behind, ordered me a taxi, and then allowed me to wait inside for over 1/2 an hour for a delayed taxi. Amazing customer service from my arrival to departure. Thank you to Dr. Clarke and his fabulous Team. From a VERY satisfied customer who would not hesitate to go back.   I had seriously been slacking on going to the dentist, so glad I decided to try Sovereign Dental! The office is beautiful, and the staff was amazing and calmed my fear of the dentist lol. I will most definitely be back!

  Nice clean place, Dr Clarke loves my car. Very experienced and friendly staff. One of the best dentists in town.
