  Great location and affordable units; but compared to newer buildings on the market, the condo fees are a bit pricey considering a general lack of high-end amenities (e.g. guest suites, sauna, pool, gym, etc). The layouts are 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom + den. Accordingly, mostly young professionals, childless couples and retirees live here. The units feel too cosy, in my opinion. Close to many nightlife options on Elgin St.
