  The city has done a wonderful job developing this plaza as a place to celebrate, gather, sit, walk a dog, enjoy the view and just enjoy the city, the weather and the outdoors.

  Great place to gather in the summer on sunny days. Nice artwork by the lakeside from a local artist. After hours you get some unsavory people here unfortunately. Not just because they drink, but because they also want to instigate fights with people for no reason. Which is why I gave it three stars. Especially sad when it's right next to the RCMP building and city hall.
