  I purchased a Softub last fall and have loved it since I brought it home. Amazingly, I did it all without a friend or buddy to help me - I did it all. The box went on the back of the truck, I was able to roll it to my deck and do the install completely solo. Truly portable and easy. I used it all winter and it kept the heat, which really surprised me. It's been a great addition to my backyard project.

  I love my softub! My only complaint was that it wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be, which may have been the fault of the delivery company but it was kind of a drag because it wasn’t ready when I expected it. However once I got it, I found setup quite simple and was able to do it all myself.

  Customer service with head office was excellent. Highly recommend. I love our soft tub. Very happy!

  Have owned my softub for about 15 years. The best purchase I have ever made. Great service from the company on the few times I have needed their advice. Had my tub recovered to a new colour. Fabulous job!

  I'm in love with my new Softub! It's one of the best investments I've made for my health and well-being. So relaxing, so soothing ... it's efficient and economical. I can't believe how little power it consumes.
