  Standard grocery store. Seems a bit more expensive on average just because it's in Oakville, compared to the Metro At Clarkson 5 mins away. Also doesn't have self checkout. I try not to shop here unless I need to (eg. it's en route to where I'm going).

  Well stocked and good produce. Prices don't really compare well to other grocers like No Frills and food basics. Staff are okay and the hours are good

  So laid back. Staff was pleasant and so were the other patrons. I was disappointed by their cruelty free meat selection. They used to have more but now there is barely anything beyond chicken breasts.

  Was looking for cold smoked fish keepers in particular they used to sell. Disappointed by their seafood department in general. Wrong place to go for Sea food shopping.
