::Super awesome they were able to pinpoint exactly what was the issue with my phone and do a good job at fixing it. Their service was quick, friendly and efficient. I'd definitely go back for any repairs I may need in the future.

::I just moved to Ottawa and needed a computer to job hunt. after looking around at a number of other places in Ottawa I ended up picking this place due to the online reviews. I can honestly say that the gentleman that helped me ( Charles) was very kind and beyond helpful in getting me something that fit my budget. the shop has a no frills kind of vibe but don t let that stop you from getting great help. while i was waiting for a few programs to be installed . other people came in to ask about cell phones and computer parts. I noticed that Charles was quick to offer the lowest cost to there problem ( even recommending other shops in the area that might be better suited to help them with there needs ) . I will be bringing all of my computer needs to this shop from this point on. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on hear. I'v had a good experience

::Never trust a place where the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star. Charles is a shady scum bag. He said I could return a charger I purchased within 3-5 business days. When I e-mailed about the return, the company said they only do exchange. I had a friend with me as well, both of us remember him saying yes, I can do returns within 3-5 business days when I asked him. Charles was rude on the phone - he wouldn't let me speak. I asked him to show me where it's written on the website or invoice that there are no returns, and he told me to take it up with 'the company' becuase he doesn't make the rules. I have not been able to find this policy written anywhere. Any business needs to have its rules and policies outlined clearly - this is nonsense and I will make sure I get my $55 back from this horrible business man.

::I have very bad experience with them. Most of the 5 ratings are their own account. I told them the exact fault even then they charge me $40 and they are not telling you about this at the beginning. They changed parts in my laptop as well when I brought it to home and checked it. They are looters. It is better to give your laptop to a donkey at least donkey will not cheat you. This is my best suggestion.
