  The employees here are quite unprofessional. I bought a defective product and when I tried to return it for another the same told me " the stuff comes from china, it's a crapshoot bud." I would never shop here again. Clear sky is the best vape store in Ottawa and they back everything up and offer much better customer service. Do not shop here!

  I haven't even gone into the store yet but on the phone they were very nice and honest! Because of that I'll be seeing them tonight for another product.

  I've no complaint with the service from these guys and I've been shopping there since the week after it opened. Joe's always looked after me, good prices on vape gear, e-liquid and various sundries. Only one fly in the ointment and that was they were sold out of Nag Champa once. I guess the word got out about these guys, eh? :) Would recommend this store, also its sister store out on Wellington. Good people.
