  Rented with Sleepwell for 1.5 years and had minimal issues with them. All staff that I interacted with were kind and friendly. I had my cats living with me and Sleepwell gave me no hassle. Any questions or unit issues are dealt with in a fast and smooth manner. Would have liked a bit more communication between maintenance people and myself for how they addressed certain problems, as I had to ask for a certain fix a couple times. I would definitely rent from them again!

  I have been with Sleepwell for two years and I had no issues. The units are nice, Sleepwell is always quick to respond to emails, they are also equally as quick to address any issues that may arise (ex. things that need fixed), and they always give plenty of notice if the unit needs to be entered for any reason. They are stress free landlords and I would definitely recommend them!

  My experience with Sleepwell Property Management has been positive - I have been renting for about two months now and find the common areas of the building (hallways, laundry room, etc) are kept clean and the staff professional. Amanda was friendly and honest when I was shown the apartment and I haven't had any issues. I have also found that Sleepwell has kept me up to date with property events - i.e. snow removal. Overall, I would recommend Sleepwell to prospective tenants or owners.

  This company has been horrible so far. They are intrusive & will find a way to do an inspection to snoop around you're home as much as possible. Almost every week or two I have someone walking through my home. Not only that if you come from a low income area they treat you disrespectfully or like trash even if you're a clean quiet person. They are very rude to the people that put money into their pockets & you can see none of that money is going into the buildings because they aren't even cleaned. Sleepwell took over our building 5 months ago & the hallways still haven't been cleaned. They just chucked old garbage bags out of the hallways & called it done. I would hate to see what their cleaning crews homes looked like. I have been shown little respect when speaking with their secretary staff. They never smile, never small talk, & actually don't even say bye or have a nice day when you walk out... after dropping off 1000$ rent... I must say the customer service is lacking. The cleanliness is lacking. Their priorities are lacking. & methods are unethical considering they send out several "Scare" eviction letters. With eviction due date... less than a month...? All in large black high lighted lettering mind you. Then the solution to not be evicted will be in small light writing at the bottom... it's a play on words to trick people with the fine print. Since sleepwell has taken over they have been effecting my mental health & stress level... they are not very kind to say the least... & don't seem to care they make people feel this way... :( Sad this is how we are treated... when we put our money in you're pocket. All of our windows were frozen over this winter FROM THE INSIDE! You can no longer bring garbage out through the back of the building. It's all blocked off with mountains of snow... so you have to climb a mountain of snow to throw garbage out? Then when you get to the garbage dump. There's so much snow on top of the lid. You cant open it it's so heavy. I'm also 5ft. I can't lift those large lids on the garbage bins... because I'm not tall enough.. so I can't even throw out my garbage without a struggle. I noticed tenants are now just throwing their garbage at the bins instead of in them... because of this issue. Please fix these common sense issues so we can live normal lives!.

  Our experience with Sleepwell management has been great from start to finish. Adam and Hailey were really great to work with from getting us in to do a showing last minute to keeping in constant contact during the approval and lease signing process. Excellent customer service! We can't wait to move into our new home! Thanks for all your help!
