  Pushy Deceitful sales advisor sent us a demo mattress that had hair and grime all over it, he feigned ignorance after i complained, we had to stay in a hotel for a week due to this. The customer service agents sitting behind their support lines are indifferent at best. They did not keep up their promise and sent the mattress after nearly 10 days. The mattress set that ultimately arrived was different from what we saw and decided to buy. Overall, we had a bitter experience. Would never go to that place again or recommend it to family or friends.
