::Great service here. However, this sketchley is never open at 8:10am as indicated on their front door and by google. Please change your signage or open when you say you will be. This makes for a frustrating experience when trying to pick up or drop off items before work!!

::I was in a rush, the lady was exceedingly helpful, and solution oriented.

::The lady who runs this place is very nice and responsive, especially if you're nice to her. I had to get a pair of pants hemmed on an urgent basis for an event and she had it done within a few hours without even charging me extra. Good prices too.

::When I took my Canali suit and Ermenegildo Zegna tie to Sketchley, 250 Dundas St W., and ordered premium service for both, only the suit came back. I am certain my tie was stolen since it was a very beautiful tie with extraordinary colours. I cannot understand how it could have become lost. Annie, the lady who has worked there for years said to me that it has never happened before. I called the manager of the shop and she denied that it had been stolen and said that it was unfortunately somehow lost. She claimed no responsibility for it, and when I asked for reimbursement, she flat out said, no. My tie was new and in mint condition, worn only a few times, that I had bought from Harry Rosen. The tie cost me $235 when I first bought it along with my suit a few years ago, and now the same comparable Ermenegildo Zegna tie sells today at Harry Rosen for $265. I am going to Small Claims court. I have heard from a salesman at Holt Renfrew that he has heard similar stories dealing with dry cleaners, like this one, and he said they will take advantage of you, believing that you will not go all the way. His advice? Sue! He said if you go to Small Claims court with your receipt, you will win every time. These people will take you to the cleaners. Ever wonder where that phrase ever came from? Now you know!
