  When my in laws needed a vertical lift at their home, my husband googled and found this company on line.... Called them up...and Dean the owner, replied promptly, he came to quote and explain what was needed. When the site was ready, he was back to inspect and place the order and within a couple of weeks, the unit was delivered and all set up within hours.... The work was completed professionally and he made sure my in laws had the proper training before leaving the site. The next day we visited their store at 760 Notre Dame Ave in Sudbury, and we were very impressed with the displays and purchased a pursuit XL Scooter at a great price, and again we were educated on the operation of the unit...
