  This is a great store. Clean and open. I see people are complaining that there wasn't someone there to greet them...really? What are you 5 and need someone make you feel welcome and secure? I have always had great customer service here. People are to demanding of retail staff. They make minimum wage, ease up on your entitlement. Again great store and staff, I always leave satisfied.

  I came to get my daughter citizenship photos done and it clearly states on the sign that they do them. The manager told me that they don't I told him I had them done here before and he said policies have changed. I went to another shoppers and they told me they all do citizenship photos and did them for me. I call the store back and talked to the manager and I told him it says it right on your sign that you do and he proceeded to lie more and say the new signs should be coming soon. I informed him I just went to another shoppers and they assured me that all shoppers do citizenship photos and I got mine done.

  Terrible service at the prescription counter. The young Asian lady at the prescription counter needs to know how to deal with the customers and could learn to put a smile on her face every now and then. Some of the others fall right behind.

  Definitely not the best shoppers drug mart in town. Was not greeted, store wasn't very tidy. It felt understaffed and the service was not very good. It does have everything that people go to shoppers for, pharmacy, chocolate, basic food, cards, magazines and a selection of frozen food like pizzas and TV dinners.

  Every time I have a prescription faxed to this location, it is never ready when I come to pick up. Please look at your fax machine. Please don't make me come in and check if you saw it. Please fill prescriptions!!! Edit: I went here again a month later. For a refill. I get there and they say they won't have that prescription for a week. Shoppers said I could go somewhere else and they would fax it to the new place. I go to Walmart and they have what I want. Walmart had to ask shoppers for them to fax it, that took 20min, while my actual refill at Walmart took 5min. Instead of waiting hours at shoppers, go anywhere else and wait way less.
