::Worst pharmacy ever. So disorganized it's incredible. Was called to get a prescription for my daughter and when I showed up, nobody had a clue about it. It was sitting in front of them the whole time... I went 2 days in a row. All they had to do was open the drawer and look.

::Staff goes above and beyond. The post office is the best in the city the manager will answer any question u might have. The pharmacy is super popular with a staff that's been there for ever.

::Genuinely the absolute worst of any Shoppers I've been to in the city. Every time I drop off a prescription its an hour or more wait time. Not only that but I've had my doctor call in the same prescription THREE times, only to be told by staff that they "have no idea" and "there is nothing on file" even after the doctor confirming that they called it in. This has happened with more than one prescription -- even ones brought into the store. The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent and have no idea what the meaning of 'customer service' is. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm entirely fed up with this location and will be switching ASAP. I suggest if you're looking to use the shoppers, you choose any of their other locations.
