::Obviously you can’t exchange any food. I would understand it if it’s milk or something that’s really temperature-sensitive. But I picked the wrong flavour box of granola. I went right back to the store. The manager girl on April 23, 2018(18:30) told me it’s the store policy and for food safety reasons. Really? Well, lesson learned. There is definitely no customer service here.

::4 staff in the pharmacy... Stood at the counter waiting to drop off a medication for ever 5 mins. Never once acknowledged. Another time I asked to wait for my medication. Which was the matter of pulling a box off the shelf and printing the label.. Told to wait 15min. I waited right next to the counter. Well after 40 minutes I go up and they are like oh its right here it's been ready for awhile. What the hell? Thanks for always wasting my time. Edit... Lately when you call for the pharmacy the line is busy? Trying for over 20mins now

::The pharmacy is absolutely awful, as other reviewers have pointed out. The rest of the store is fine, but the pharmacy staff is rude and almost completely incompetent. Expect every prescription refill or pickup to be a hassle. Were it not for the fact that this is the only Shoppers in my area, I would not go.

::I'm new to this pharmacy and like it cuz it never seems busy for quick pickup; Ample parking; Easy to get in and out of parking lot; helpful staff; Post Office is a bonus;

::This location has the worst pharmacy that I've even had the displeasure of doing business at. Pharmacists will hang up on you if you call them and they are busy and it takes them 2 hours to put a refill sticker on a pack of birth control pills and have it ready for you. If you are a customer here I strongly recommend switching locations.
