::By far the worse pharmacy I have ever visited! Do not go there if you got a prescription from an OBGYN. First, they filled my prescription under someone else who happened to have the same name as me, they didn't bother to check my DOB. Then, they gave me tablets instead of capsules. In the end, I was waiting for over an hour and a half for 8 pills. I will never visit this pharmacy ever again.

::I'm still waiting to pick up a prescription filed 2 hours ago. There's no excuse. There was no explanation or warning. They don't care. Watching them all talk together while no one works is infuriating.

::Should have read the reviews before attempting to use this pharmacy. We dropped off a prescription last night, confirmed they had the meds in stock and were told it would be ready this morning. We got a call this morning that they don't have it in stock. Bad enough considering it's Good Friday and we need these meds but it got worse as the pharmacy staff were rude, unhelpful and completely unconcerned that they'd made a mistake. They told me to call around and find another pharmacy to fill the prescription. When I did and called them back, they said that I was supposed to tell the new pharmacy to call them before they could fax over the prescription - information that would have been helpful before they sent me off to make phone calls. I got hung up on twice when calling them - they'd say "can you hold?' and then hung up, wait time was too long when I did get actually put on hold and above all, they were rude and unhelpful and have no notion of service. Good thing we have tons of other choices for pharmacies in my neighbourhood.

::I dropped my prescription off and was advised that it would be about an hour. I waited about 90 mins just to be sure it was ready. When i arrived the lady at the pick up cash in a very snarky voice was like " its not filled yet, and i have no idea when it will be, you can stand over there and wait to see the pharmacist and ask him" i looked over and there was a few.other people waiting. I walked out and i still have no idea when to go back. Unacceptable!!!!! I will never fill another prescription there again.

::Our antibiotic bottles for our daughter were not 'ready to use'. After 4hrs spent in the Emergency, we were happy to find a 24hr pharmacy to get our daughter's prescription filled. However, we were given the antibiotics in powder form, and no information on how to re-constitute it was given at check-out! We realized this at home, and tried to read the label but, it was partially covered by another label! Look, I understand it's not rocket science to add 60mL of water in a bottle BUT, we would have preferred a head's up from the pharmacist telling us we needed to do this and how to go about it, and the instructions on the label should have been clear (not partially covered!).
