  It is wonderful to get a person on the phone instead of an answering machine. Bruce is always friendly and willing to give assistance. We have been using Shoebox for the past few years, and it has taken a lot of stress off our business bookkeeping.

  Arrogant receptionist - the guy kept hanging up even when attempts were made to have a civil conversation. The accountant, Helen, disclosed my highly personal information without properly disclosing to me what it was that she actually disclosed on paper. Gong show.
