  Clean and tidy rooms. Well staved and good service. Hotel restaurant is acceptable but there's plenty of better options for food around the area. Lots of Asian cuisine options. Not much to do on foot. Car, taxi, or uber/lift is the best way to get around.

  Overall a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and efficient the rooms are nice and clean. The only complaint is the walls are thin, my room is conjoined to a family with young kids and I can hear every word they are saying. I was hoping for a little less nice to have a peaceful stay. Edit: the AC wasn't working but the staff responded very quickly and fixed it minutes after I called. Couldn't ask for better help from them. Thank you!

  Very comfortable and quite rooms and facilities. The lounge and restaurant has a nice variety of offerings. Great conference services though the temperature of the larger and smaller rooms are quite different. At a recent conference in February, the ballroom was rather chilly while the smaller rooms were a bit too warm. Layering of clothes should be considered.

  Booked hotel room with 2 double beds 1 month prior. Called the hotel to let them know we would be arriving a little bit later and they assured us our room would be here for us. We arrive to the hotel and they informed us that there was only 1 room left with a king bed and a pullout bed. Not acceptable. We ask for another mattress to be put on top of the sofa bed mattress as the bars dig in. They assure us that they will get us one - they didn’t. They bedding on the pullout had not been changed. There were no pillows. The house keeping came and brought what he said was a pad for comfort....this was considered a sheet. He removed the dirty linens and left - we are still waiting for him to return...... They put us on a floor with a hockey team- running and parents partying in the rooms across. I am completely disgusted and disappointed with this hotel and the lack of care for its customers. I can understand if we were a walk in or even booked last minute but we we booked 1 month ago. Don’t trust this hotel to take care of any of your needs. Sheraton you are better than this.

  We recently hosted a Baby Shower at this location. The entire experience was beyond our expectations good. From our original meeting with the Winnie who’s the event manager, to the actual date of the event, everything went smoothly. They are very accommodating and available for all your questions. We had made several requests that were always met with a YES response. Thank You Sheraton for making our Baby Shower a special day and a stress free one as well.
