  I've been going to this hotel for many years and it has always been great. Staff is friendly, the rooms are always exceptionally clean. The renovations done over the last few years have really modernized it. Overall would recommend.

  The line to check in on Saturday was extremely long! There was only one attendant and since check-in was 3pm I was really surprised that there wasn't more attendants serving guests at this time. Poor planning. However the bed and the room were awesome. Bed was super comfy. No complaints about the room. check out was much quicker.

  Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean, warm and inviting. The location was great, easily accessible and near highway. There was things to do all around it within close walking distance.

  I love this hotel, stay here every time were in Hamilton! The bed/bedding is AMAZING! Just found out, their complete bedding sells for $1000, it's literally my dream come true to have that bed at home! Sheraton, please gift me a set 😀😉

  Rooms we clean, modern, and comfortable. Relatively quiet, although I could hear doors closing down the hall a little bit. The pillows are some of the best I've slept on in hotels. Convenient location that's close to many things. It's definitely one of the best hotels in Hamilton.
