  Very bad customer service! I bought the carwash and it was loaded into the card. There was a problem with the app so I couldnt change from soft touch to touchless, I walked into the store asked if they can change it for me. They guy said he couldnt change it. He also showed attitude. Went to another Shell location and they were more than happy to change it for me. The store manager should give more training to the employee! Very disappointed!

  Fairly new gas station with large convenience store and plenty of pumps
