::The cashier pretended to have swiped both my coupon and air miles card on the phone although I did not even pull out the air miles card from my app yet. When I noticed that and pointed out, he insisted that there was no need to do so. I have no complain with the gas quality of shell but the quality of its customer services I have received so far is bad enough to keep me from using it anymore.
