::WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I can understand shift change like anyone else .. first having your staff properly address me the customer with a polite smile and details as to why I'm not able to be a customer wanting to spend my money at this establishment! Would have helped , I don't ever want to be spoken to by any service attendant " shift change wait" over the PA system then have him turn his back on my and ignore me while I stood waiting for service .. Of course. I got upset. I just wanted a bag of ice!! Then your staff came back to the window and said you can screw off I'm not serving you ..... HE WAS IN THE WRONG. !! Staff employee. "Lew" short for Luis or Lewis I called back toget his name .. June 1st @ 11pm complete unsatisfactory service. ... SHELL , if you take pride in your establishments then looking for suitable staff needs to be addressed , clearly the job is more than he is able to do!

::Friendly staff. Easy to get to even during rush hour. Has a laundry card refill station that takes $5 bills. Always clean.
