  By Far the best in the City! I have probably tried every shawarma restaurant in Ottawa. Grew up in Orleans and yes really Lebanese is good, really good, But Shawarma Palace is the KING of All.

  My first time there!!!! They were so nice and friendly. They lady overcharged me and I didn't notice. She came over to me while I was eating and gave me my change and apologized. Very good customer service!

  Slow service and pretty expensive for what you get and be sure to check your receipt! We were charged almost $10 more than what the price on the menu stated. When I mentioned it, I was told that that was the price for two 'large' salads... However there was no 'large' salad listed anywhere on the menu (which I also pointed out) so it really felt like we were just being charged some random overpriced amount... (almost $34 for two salads!) Had we know how expensive two salads would have been, we would have ordered something else. Not cool. We won't be back.

  Absolute favourite shawarma! Everything here is really fresh, and portions are big. There's a lineup out the door at lunch and dinner for a reason. Give yourself some extra time to wait 5-10 minutes at peak times.

  Probably the best shawarma spot in the city! Always an amazing meal here at Shawarma Palace. Meat and veggies are fresh every time. Quick and friendly service from all the staff. Very clean interior. For the size of the portions it seems very reasonably priced ($15 for a chicken or beef platter). Just ask for a container and finish off the leftover at home, just as good the next day!
