  I was there with a gentleman, who was new to Canada only a few days earlier. He came here from Poland and Paris. I wish him well. On his entire life journey through.

  Kind folks, good tea, and yummy seasonal treats. They misheard my order and fixed everything quickly and accordingly.

  I asked for an espresso over ice. I was told they weren't allowed to make the drink, then they agreed to make it in a small paper cup. If I wanted it over ice in a larger cup, it had to be an Americano. I asked for a cup of ice with my espresso and was told they weren't allowed to give ice out. When I asked for the store number, I was told to come back after they close and wait for the manager, or to come in the morning and see if she'll show up. I was told that the manager wouldn't want to talk to me. All I wanted was a plastic cup that I could put a straw into. I've ordered this a thousand times with no argument. Starbucks was accommodating.

  Staff are friendly and always smiling. They are efficient and know how to get people what they want without making them wait around for it. If you're in the core and need a specialty beverage - you should definitely visit this cafe!!

  There are a couple locations in the city I exclusively go to and this is one of them. The owners are super friendly and the staff are wonderful. Fast service and they remember us, even if it's been awhile since we last visited.
