  Friendly teller but very poor client service from financial advisor. Just wanted to open a chequing account but had to meet with advisor for "advice". Very frustrating and time wasting.

  All staff at the front was welcoming as I stepped in, and asked me what they could help me with. I made an appointment with Jade Zhang to open student debit and credit cards. Being a student with not much knowledge, I had a few questions regarding the preferences I would like for my cards. After only a few questions, she became impatient with me and told me I should stop asking her and go ask my mom instead. (My mom was not with me at this appointment) She did not seem helpful or wanting to help me, like she just wanted the accounts to be open so she could get her bonus from selling credit cards. I could be wrong about her bonus, but she did not seem friendly except for the first few minutes of meeting.
