  ok..Scotiabank it's your turn.. people in line 5 tills 1 open..lunch time..(when most workers have a short time to cash there hard earned money) come on...is this a banking conspiracy? Maybe I'm on to something here...

  Customer service is good when you're in the bank but you'd assume the phone is disconnected based on my history of how often it gets answered. I find the voice prompts are very difficult to actually talk to a person.
