  Awesome Staff.Top Branch I have only praise for the courteousness and helpfulness of all the staff levels. I have dealt with Managers, Tellers, Associates and even the "manager of first impression" :-) and am impressed with all. Awesome Branch!

  Worst scotia branch ever. They always treat you like a thief. So many questions to deposit cash and so much process to withdraw cash. Its not a bank, interrogation center!!!. May be I always get their rude bunch of staff but would move my bank to a different branch.

  Horrible Staff. I have been trying to work with a representative on a student line of credit - Shanta Gulchand - she is just rude and very unprofessional. She hung up during a conversation on the phone, would not return my phone calls, pick up her phone, or return my email messages. I have been trying to get a more helpful representative to assist me, and I keep getting shunted back to her. The experience has been such a horrible nightmare, and I am being delayed for weeks now with zero progress.
