  I agree 100% with these reviews regarding incompetent employees and long waits. They harass their own customers by treating cheques like a note on a napkin, having to contact people before even speaking with you.

  This branch is excellent. As much as some of corporate Scotiabank is annoying, this branch has always been awesome to me. They just provide great service!

  Why does one have to go through a call center who asks multiple and unnecessary which I believe are none of their business. What happened to the days when you could call a branch directly!!

  Pushy, incompetent, so called "Senior Financial Advisor". The last thing he had in mind was my well being. Not only was he rude and condescending but I had no confidence in anything he said. In fact, I felt I was being lied to. You'd think they'd review their staff a little more closely for performance and get rid of the bad ones.
