  The service at this branch is atrocious! Of the three tellers that were open two were obviously new and didn't know what they were doing because they continued to ask the third teller how to do their job. So the wait to see a teller was terribly long. When I finally saw someone they only half served me and directed me to the ATM. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing either! If this is how they deal with walk ins imagine how they are managing your money behind the scenes. I wouldn't even give them one star but I couldn't post this unless I did.

  Worst Service!! I will definietly going to quit dealing with this bank! I went there to ask for a letter and the CSR (filipino teller) has no ethics at all!!! She's so mean and wasted my time. She doesn't know what she's doing. I would've been patient if She say she'll try to find out but NO. She just insisted that she can't help me! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!

  Better hours than most of the other branches. Friendly staff. Nice parking spots.

  i think their in-bank service is fine, but I do get a bit annoyed when someone who works there tries to make me do my business via the bank machine. I refer speaking and dealing with a HUMAN BEING rather than an automated machine. I am patient so I am fine with waiting on the line seaking with a person regarding any business instead of an automated "helper'. Please employ more human beings as the automated stuff is realy what drives a lot of people dotty!
