  Horrible customer service. I use to get great service. as i have a safety deposit box. Recently i came in to get small coin denomincation and they said i need to have an account with them - I do have a safety deposit box for last 3 years i got treated really nice. But recently we went there and were treated poorly - Go to cibc or td they are really nice and courteous and can easy give change if needed.

  Super disorganized management. Poor customer service. Tellers are friendly and polite but they need better managers.

  I have called the branch 6 times this week already to talk to either the branch manager or the assistant manager. I was told they would respond in 1 business day. I started calling Monday and it is now Wednesday with no returned phone call. I am not impressed and will not be recommending this branch to anyone.

  Scotiabank itself were not that efficient at getting things done efficiently and if I had to choose again, I perhaps would shop around more. However, what I did need was a branch that was helpful so on that count I can not fault them here. It has a nice feel in the building, the counter staff were friendly on the whole and the financial advisor I dealt with was always looking to help. As a branch? Yes, I can recommend them.

  With the business, I need to visit different banks from time to time. I was upset with the answers of a Customer Representative that I duelling with. Therefore,I asked to speak with Vivian Kong, Assistant Branch Manager. She clarify it well to me. Customer Service here is great, atmosphere is well opening concept and friendly. I definitely recommend to use the service here. They are working hard to leverage their service to the top. I admired Them and left happily.
