  My experience is not always like this. First, there was a long line with only two tellers available as the third & fourth were busy with a many-needs customer. Second, the teller I dealt with took far too long to complete my simple needs, deposit, withdraw, done. Third, I didn’t want a receipt but he gave me one anyway, then proceeded to go through the receipt item by item. I can read a bank receipt, this isn’t my first transaction so please don’t insult me. He must be new.. otherwise I feel I would have had a smoother experience. I will note that the fourth teller made herself available after Mr. Many-needs was finally finished. Banks..

  wow great service from Aylesha. After trying so many different advisors, went to see her for consolidation. She review all my accounts and was very helpful. Very nice staff.

  Worst service ever!!! Constantly changing adviser but not informing me, no automatic reply on emails so it takes forever to get any banking done. Made me feel that after over 30 years as a customer I don't think they want my business anymore. I will be changing banks as soon as my mortgage comes available.

  I wish I could rate this branch a zero....If you don't know how to deal with foreign currency why are you even a bank? Terrible customer service - even the managers don't return phone calls. Avoid this location.

  This does not surprise me that there are this many one star reviews. These people deal with financial futures which is super important and somehow I have to switch banks. They don’t call back, return emails, or do anything that is helpful for investing or mortgages. Go to Royal Bank
