  Absolutely a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I wanted to cancel my order 5 mins after ordering and they ignored it and sent it out regardless. They don’t have a 1-800 number so it was impossible to call them. The package was delivered and I had to pay $100 in duty and then it didn’t end up fitting so I took it to the store AND THEY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE! Said I had to return at my own expense- IT COST ME $100 TO RETURN! When I emailed customer service to let them know I was unhappy they didn’t even have the decency to respond, because they absolutely do not care. The worst service and company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM- all their clothes are made in Bangladesh, so not even good quality. Complete scam, I’ve never felt so ripped off, I don’t want to see anyone go through what I went through, I hope this company goes out of business.

  This is an excellent clothing store for men who like a little extra in their wardrobe and who are not afraid of slim fit, patterns, colour and pops of detail that make you trendy. The sales associates seem to be very consistent in this location and they are very helpful in pulling anything you need and coming up with unique outfits. This store also doesn't keep small sizes on the racks so make sure you ask for help if you don't see the right size. While I praise this store for their selection for casual and work- casual men's clothing, the female side of the store is very lacking. They have very "out there" women's clothing but it leans more towards casual or party rather then work casual.

  Store manager Joel and other staff were so attentive and helpful and I couldn't recommend this chain enough -- plus, it's the only store in Toronto!

  Thrilled with our first shopping experience at this store in the Eaton Centre. Special attention from Joel and his team made us feel like celebrities. We spent more than we planned on some really nice quality items, but most important was the five star customer service. We shall return!
