  In eight years of living within the city of Victoria I have yet to find a staff member as confrontational and absolutely blantantly rude as the the dark haired women who works at this gas station ( long dark hair mid forties woman) . I have never in my life written a poor review online about anyone .... but after talking to several people in the area I have found that I am one of many who have horror stories about this woman . My favourite was her telling me I had suffered child hood trauma and that’s was the reason I have tattoos .... as well as telling me that the pumps aren’t the problem it’s my problem and they work just fine ( after the pump screens went completely blank for several minutes and wouldn’t come back on) .. I may only spend around 200 a month in gas ...but the way prices are rising that could soon be substantially more over the next few months ... and with that I will be taking my small portion of their business to the competitor albeit it’s several kilometres out of my way ... but I figure I will spend my money where at least the employees are friendly .

  Unfriendly and rude staff. Spend your money anywhere else, especially somewhere that appreciates it. I thought this place was the worst for customer service when I moved to James Bay 6 years ago, but I have been proven wrong! I stopped going here altogether a few years ago but recently decided to give it another try after their renovation and new staff members, but they have actually worse than before. The long dark haired woman on two occasions was rude, snappy and confrontational with me for no reason! Completely ridiculous and unacceptable behaviour by any person in a public service position.

  Very professional and friendly service. Would recommend tbis station to anyone passing by.
